The base ingredient for hard stripless wax beans is rosin – an all-natural form of resin which is extracted from pine trees and other coniferous plants.
Part of the painlessness and smoothness of the procedure can be attributed to the fact that the wax is specially formulated to only grip the hairs – it isn’t sticky and doesn’t adhere stubbornly to the skin (this means no more messes or bruising as a result of waxing).
