A.Why can’t all the photos in the album be imported into the pen drive?
- After the phone opens the Clouds share, the original picture was uploaded to the Cloud cloud. What you see in the system album is not a source file and cannot be imported. It is recommended that you downloaded the source file to the system album, and then try importing.
b.How do you move the photos from your phone to pen drive?
- click on mobile storage > Phone Photo Album > Edit >Select the photos > Copy > External Storage > Select the folder you want to save and copy it in.
C.If Cannot Identify The USB Flash Drive, How Do Solve It?
- If the USB flash drive cannot be recognized after being inserted, please try to insert it several times, or try to insert the front and back of the USB flash drive. If flash drive is still not recognized, try the following steps: Exit all applications>Uninstall Luv Share>Close the phone for 60s and Search for Luv Share in the App Store and download>Try to insert the drive.
D.How to Use It?
- i device ( (System Version needs to be 8.2+ ): DOWNLOAD APP: LUV-Share - Android: Need Open OTG connection. If the Android phone cannot find the thumb drive, We recommend downloading the APP Dual Magic Flash from Google Play or the Internet.
NOTE
* If necessary, please remove your phone case. The case may cause poor contact between phone and flash drive, so phone cannot recognize flash drive.please do not determine that USB cannot be used, take out the phone case and try again.
*Not compatible with pad with type-c
*If cannot transfer files, you can convert Fat32 to exfat format by formatting.
*You cannot transfer or view media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications because they are protected by digital rights management.
*With the update of the phone system, the incompatibility of programs occasionally occurs, which can be solved by updating APP: LUV-Share
