Ferrodan Fe2+ 100 mg is a slow release tablet with iron and vitamin C, the tablet releases iron for six hours in the gut, enhances the adsorption of iron. Iron is well absorbed and has a high bioavailability in the body., making it well tolerated in the gut causing much less adverse effects unlike other iron compound, since Iron is essential in formation of normal red blood cells and hemoglobin.
