Cleansing without water

• Step 1: Apply cleanser using hands or a facial cotton pad.
• Step 2: Gently smooth all over face to remove excess oil, impurities and makeup. If using hands to apply, wipe away with cotton pad or towel.
• Step 3: Repeat if necessary, until skin looks cleansed. Rinsing not required.
• Step 4: Moisturize

Cleansing with water
