How To Install?

※ To get more information, please carefully browse the User Manual before you use Srihome .

1.Scan the QR code or directly download SriHome App on Apple store(iOS) or Google play store(Android) .

2.Register&Login on SriHome App.

Note: You can use your e-mail to register and the password is 8-12 letters and digits.

3. Add the camera to network.

(1)Power on the camera: Camera will make continuous ‘beep’ sound after 30 seconds.

Note: If no ‘beep’ sound, keep pressing the “Reset” button for 5 seconds until you hear a ‘clash’ sound.

(2)Add the device on the App: When you hear the continuous ‘beep’ sounds, enter Srihome App and do as follows:

①Click the “+” sign.

②Choose wifi QR connect.

③Input device’s ID, connect to wifi and input wifi password.Note: Device’s ID is in the bottom of the camera.

④Wifi QR Connect: The distance between smartphone’s QR code and camera lens is 10-30cm.When you hear ‘BI’ sound, click ‘Next’.

⑤After filling in the information, click ‘Next’.

4.Remote control camera.

Problems Solutions:

1.If it doesn't connect to internet,disconnected or quit working, please check the internet to make sure it working fine and power off the camera and reconnect. Camera and wifi router should not far from over 10m,otherwise, it will not working in very good.

2.If it can’t turn on or stopped working, please double check the plug ,power cable or socket, make sure they are working normal, try to power off the camera and reconnect at last.

3.If it not take videos, please install a sd card, power off and power on the camera , chose Play Videos

Warm Tips:

1.Micro SD card storage supports up to 128GB ( Not Included).

2.This is NOT battery camera, the power supply comes with camera MUST be connected all the time.

3.After you installed the memory card, please power off the camera restart to detection the exit card space.
